problem in hyprland monitor configs

i am struggling with the integration of hyprsome to get independent workspaces on different monitors i tried what the gpt had to offer but none of it works ,
also i installed hyprland with your configs and dotfiles on my friends laptop and it has some additional features when i press mainmod +e it has options of edit monitor displays and edit monitors settings which i came to know about from the gpt but its GUI was present in the latest version so these configs are the part of dotfiles as i am not aware of this anatomy .
So i have two problems either i can somehow make hyprsome work such that the new instance of the already open application in diff workspace opens on the currently focused monitor or i could switch to this newer dotfile version where i get this GUI integration which i still hve to explore.
I dont know how to do either of them so could someone help me this one

hyprsome is NOT included in the configs / installation

I cannot nor plan to support any other plugins / addition etc which is NOT included in the installation

ohkay but how should i solve this issue : when i open a new instance of an application in the active or focused workspace/monitor it opens where the previous instance was open
