I'd like to be able to quickly open a paper in google scholar and semantic scholar to search for citations.

This is a very basic feature in comparison to #2189

We currently have "Search ShortScience". We should add "Search Google Scholar". Maybe even make the search engine selectable (because a user tends to have a single favourite site; not multiple ones). Moreover, the URL should be configurable. Reason: We cannot maintain JabRef for all site URLs; and the list of sites might be oppionated.

Aim: Get citation count (refs JabRef#168) and which papers are related.
