Has someone already created an up-to-date template for the Luminus Dynamic contract?

I expect that the calculation of the gross prices via the template (including taxes etc.) are still not complete, since there is also:

• a monthly cost of 9,8800 € for "Bijdrage Energiefonds"
• a yearly cost of 18,56 € for "Tarief databeheer"
• a yearly cost of 75 € for "Vaste vergoeding"
• a monthly "capaciteitstarief" based on the highest quarterly hour power

I also would love to see how others do this. I even don't understand exactly how to understand the new price of Engie (1,3160 + (0,1000 x eSpot)) and how to implement it exactly in the ENTSOE template.
But, what I do know, the monthly and yearly costs cannot be included in the template. At least, I don't think it makes sense because the template is based upon the price / kWh.

How to include the monthly and yearly costs?
I've made another sensor in HA with the additional costs only and relate the costs to the interval I need.
Each day or hour if you want, you can add the additional costs on the result of your ENTSOE calculation.
For the 'capaciteitstarief' I use the standard 2,5 kWh. I don't calculate anything above.
