onexfly "display" tab in UI causes instance freeze/crash

Env:

1. win11
2. onexfly
3. connected to external display at 2k/75hz
4. internal display disabled

Issue:

Click on "display" tab within the utility right float ui causes instance program freeze and force close about 1 sec after.
