[FEATURE REQUEST] i7 8750H support

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Its related to various problems:
Custom Presets:
1º Problem - CPU Power Tuning doesnt work i apply 35W or 45W and nothing happens
2º Problem - (Intel UHD Graphics 630) iGPU Tuning also doesnt work i apply 1100 MHz and nothing happens it stays at 350 MHz
3º Problem - Intel Clock Ratio Control doesnt work first it appears 8 Core Groups but my CPU has only 6 even the only sign of life of the app on my CPU its here where when i set some value to higher or equal to 22 ratio it stays at 2200 mhz but higher than that still stays at 2200 lower MHz will change to 2200 if applied but higher ratios just stays at 2200 i tried everything even only change 6 core groups and let the other 2 be at 8 ratio
4º Problem - Intel FIVR Tuning doesnt work nothing that i do there changes anything
Adaptive Mode:
5º Problem - Adaptive Mode doesnt work properly the only thing that changes its my mhz to 800 mhz and doesnt change it should go up but doesnt even if my temperature is below the limit that i set and the Watts

everything that i tried didnt give a real solution

Maybe its conflicting with my Throttle Stop but it also happens when i do a boot without throttle stop open

its my core clock mhz after starting using Adaptive Mode at 45W Power Limit and 75C Temperature Limit
