getid detects wav files as mp3 file

For certain wav files, getid report them as being mp3 files with $gid->analyze($f)['audio']['dataformat'] being mp3. Example files can be found on this Google Drive link. Note that these are the same examples as #458.

These do seem to be legitimate wav files according to ffprobe.

  Duration: 00:00:00.37, bitrate: 706 kb/s
  Stream #0:0: Audio: pcm_s16le ([1][0][0][0] / 0x0001), 22050 Hz, 2 channels, s16, 705 kb/s

Not sure if this is the expected behavior.
