Introduce additional routing algorithms #6
Description
For the first alpha release, we have only included a single routing algorithm that tries to maximize reuse from root (maxReuseFromRoot). Further releases may offer additional routing algorithms like alwaysFromRoot or minimumRouteToLeaf.
