dont get the groupid part with Kafka

This is odd

1. used Masstransit tried to get rid of it and use Wolverine for Kafka
   What's odd is that it seams like I cannot have different sasl username and password for each producer or consumer as with masstransit. A very strange decision, I can when do multiple UseKafka, maye intentional? to group them globally and separatly?

2. I cant' get the groupid on the consumer. I tried to set all the possible groupids but not passed to the Envelope.
   Same with offset I do not get that either to the header :(
