Ketyaunch not picking up a specific application

I recently install JaxCore and am facing an issue where i want to pin a application to the shortcut, but after selecting file, it doesnt pin.
It pins all other application, i have tried creating new shortcuts , changing icon and name, location and all, but it doesnt pin that specific application only.

What's the path to that specific file?

Try creating a shortcut to the exe and use that as the action instead. The ' in the path made it unrecognizable to the shortcut editor
