ABNF / EBNF syntax support

I would like to have ebnf / abnf syntax support.

It would be cool to add feature to convert ebnf/abnf to bnf if it possible.
In common case it is not possible.

Previously we had issue #144 - but there are no any solution or workaround provided. And it is not about syntax support.
