Console Window as Primary View

Hi,

Would it be possible to make the console window the primary view while moving the dashboard/environment parameters to a secondary view?

Additionally, it would be great if the Start, Restart, Stop, and Debug buttons could be relocated to appear alongside the console window. A split view option could also be implemented, positioning the dashboard on the right side.

The reason for this request is that my primary focus is on the console output, and I rarely need the information displayed in the dashboard, except for the tool buttons.

Hi! I've added a toolbar (#370), but I'm not sure that the platform has an API to mark a view as primary in custom cases. I don't want to do that by default to be more like the Aspire dashboard itself.
