Multiple bullets list is not working correctly

When you create a heading or simple test and add bullet points and another line and more bullet points.

When you try to get html from editor or switch from code view to display view editor automatically stag all bullets and lines/heading together.

With this issue its not possible to have multiple bullets points list.

I have observed more details on the issue. If you add the above code within a div tag then a problem is started.

Try to add the code below directly in the code view and you will be able to generate the issue.
