Notifications showing for colonies that a user has not joined #4198

Steps to reproduce

In production, navigate to the Notifications tab.
Check the notifications showing up in the list.
Note any notifications from on joined colonies.

Expected behaviour

Users should only see notifications that are from colonies that they are members of and are not muted.

Actual behaviour

User is seeing notifications from a colony that they are not a member of.

User who is not a part of the Shapeshift colony

User is apart of the Shapeshift colony
