Teamwork task: [Streaming payments] Advanced payment status in activity feed is broken

This appears to be a regression introduced in feat/streaming-payments-ui.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Check out feat/streaming-payments-ui branch.
  2. Create an advanced payment.
  3. Navigate to activity feed.

Expected behaviour

The payment status is shown in the activity feed.

Actual behaviour

A skeleton loader is displayed in place of status:
