Incoming fund claims not updating in UI #4263

Steps to reproduce

Send funds to a colony.
Claim the incoming funds.
Note if the claimed incoming funds show has claimed or not after reloading.

Expected behaviour

Claimed incoming funds should show as claimed on the incoming funds page.

Actual behaviour

Claimed incoming funds are not updating in the UI.
