as of making this, there are 62 issues that are duplicates. of that number, 28 of them have been of the same issue #559. THATS ALMOST HALF OF ALL OF THEM ARE YOU KIDDING ME?! literally NONE of you check for anything.

the chip notesplash doesn't exist in js engine, it is a mod you have installed/an older js engine notesplash before the 0.7.x note coloring. for this, you have to make one yourself using the notesplash editor.
