i have a question about song renders

why are songs rendered with mpeg2video can be opened with windows media player but songs rendered with libx264/libx265 can't

1. windows media player cant open videos with that encoder type, try using vlc
2. maybe you used 265 and it isn't compatible with your graphics cards
