is it possible to recreate the strident crisis healthbar using the current lua hscript

there are multiple versions but all 3 use these two images as a baseline and can be found in assets\shared\images\UI\Song\HPBARS:

im just wondering because i wanted to recreate sc:r's hud in lua, and im certain about every other thing except the healthbar being recreatable (including the rating popups and rating combo setting since it was made in lua first then ported to haxe)
