made a lua script for less lag (or better for rendering) in js engine

instead of going through a million options for less lag, i've made a lua script that enables/disables options that (kinda) increases performance.

you can get it at https://drive.google.com/file/d/1PVAWknW51SM4BxR7CK5VVak7TGhFkUfU/view?usp=sharing or you can copy the codeblock and make an lua file and pasting it.
