lil buddy bf sprites disappearing when hitting a hurt note in the chart editor

i placed hurt notes in my chart, but lil buddy bf sprites just disappear when there's a hurt note, this is cursed.

What version did the bug occur?

JS 1.49.1

good thing there are no null object references or a haxeflixel symbol floating

look closer, turn on dark mode or something:

he didnt disappear, he turned black because the hurt note color is black

change you primary note colors to 000000 (hexadecimal value for black) and the same thing happens
