Changelog:
Added a new option that disables the onSpawnNote LUA call.
A new Gameplay Modifier: Play Both Sides! It allows you to play both sides of a chart!
The Section section of the Chart Editor has a new button that can delete multiple sections at once!
Note Animations now use the 0.3.X Base Game animation style. Normal notes will play an animation but Sustain Notes won't.
Added the Erect remixes from Week 1 along with their Nightmare difficulties
Added specialAudioName and specialEventsName. These allow specific difficulty JSONs to use different instrumentals/events jsons if difficulty-specific ones aren't enough.

Added an option that allows you to change the encoder that Rendering Mode uses. Every encoder has a difference like speed, quality etc.
Removed Rendering Mode from macOS builds because FFmpeg for macOS doesn't exist.
Fixed note splashes being affected by note colors regardless of whether or not you actually had the color shader turned on
Fixed an issue where if you changed your noteskin to Default when using another noteskin then the notes would use the same noteskin you used before

A hotfix build that fixes some issues present with 1.23.0
Note Splashes won't be stuck on frame 1 anymore if the config file doesn't have a Red animation
TGT v4 and Dave Engine Score and Time Bar Styles now actually work
Hurt Note sustains no longer look weird
The engine no longer crashes if you set the rating type to either "Doki Doki", "VS Impostor", or "FIRE IN THE HOLE"
