Packaged extensions

Drag and drop .pext file into Playnite's window while running in Desktop mode.

Other extensions

Script or plugin extensions are installed into Playnite by placing them into correct directory.

Portable version

When using portable version of Playnite extensions are stored in Playnite's program folder inside Extensions folder.

Standard version

Place extensions inside %AppData%\Playnite\Extensions folder instead of program folder.

If you are Windows 7 user then you need to install PowerShell 5.1 for PowerShell extensions to work.
