Switch to BenchmarkTools for DIT? #865

@gdalle

Description

@gdalle

Currently DIT uses Chairmarks which is not MIT-licensed: it uses the GPL-v3 license.

It is unclear to me whether that allows us to release DIT under the MIT license. We should also check the licenses of other dependencies to make sure.

See https://discourse.julialang.org/t/does-using-gsl-jl-mean-i-have-to-release-my-package-under-gpl/112654/ and links therein
