`reproject` will not work with Proj transformations and threaded=true

A new Proj context must be created for each thread.  

https://github.com/alex-s-gardner/FastGeoProjections.jl/blob/d19c373c89cc7ef2a7e0b14861e231d32e26cebf/src/epsg2epsg.jl#L16-L28 has code to handle this which we should adapt.
