I see warnings like

┌ Warning: The active manifest file has dependencies that were resolved with a different julia version (1.12.0-DEV). Unexpected behavior may occur.
└ @ /cache/build/tester-amdci5-10/julialang/linearalgebra-dot-jl/.ci/Manifest.toml:0

in the CI test output, so perhaps the manifest needs to be re-generated before running the tests? I wonder if a cached version is being reused?

E.g.: https://buildkite.com/julialang/linearalgebra-dot-jl/builds/577#01966289-21e6-4818-888d-a804601541e1
