Add online documentation for Julia 1.13 #60753
Description
A new Julia release is in the works, and 1.13-beta is availble. The online documentation (see e.g. https://docs.julialang.org/en/v1/) documents all older Julia version up to an including 1.12, as well as the nightly version 1.14.
But 1.13 is missing! I am excited to learn about its new features, e.g. the new interactive REPL history mode. Please add online documentation for the current beta release as well.
