Reorient based on RAS/LPI

Is there a way to reorient the NIfTI volumes using the affine matrix getaffine and axcodes like RAS? I was thinking of something like https://nipy.org/nibabel/reference/nibabel.orientations.html#nibabel.orientations.ornt_transform

I have a script for that that I could make a PR for. I was waiting to submit it until I could formally incorporate it into the dimension names, but I've been inundated with additional projects lately, so whatever I put in there now will probably be subject to change in the future.
