Bump TimespanLogging and register new version

Support for DistributedNext was added to the TimespanLogging #582 yet its version wasn't bumped and is still 0.1.0.
The TimespanLogging registered in juliahub can't use DistributedNext
Would it be possible to bump it to 0.1.1 and register?

julia> Dagger.set_distributed_package!("Distributed")

Sorry I never got this registered! TimespanLogging 0.1.1 is now registered. Thanks for the heads-up!

Thanks Julian! I think the compat for TimespanLogging in Dagger Project.toml can be now also bumped to 0.1.1

"0.1" should also cover "0.1.1" if I'm not mistaken

Yes, but now it declares that it supports 0.1.0 and later. So in principle resolution to 0.1.0 is also valid. For instance :

• another package might set it exactly to 0.1.0 for some reason or mistake
• then Pkg will check that that packeg want 0.1.0 and Dagger is fine with 0.1.0 so it will resolve to it instead of failing
• user will get the error above

This is probably doesn't really matter, just being a bit pedantic

Ahh yep great point, registering 0.18.15 now which bumps the compat for MemPool and TimespanLogging (although I guess the MemPool bump wasn't necessary, oh well).
