Searching text in docs does not work anymore

I tried to use the online docs, but the searching seems not working? The only thing I can see is "Type something to get started!", no matter what I have typed. The same issue occurs on version v1.41 of Plots.jl and all browsers.

Strange.. Does still work, if you select v1.40 in the version Dropdown. @t-bltg, might this have something to do with the changes to the PlotDocs repo lately?

There was a broken symlink in gh-pages which I deleted, I am rebuilding the docs now ...

Technically it works (e.g. https://docs.juliaplots.org/stable/?q=unit), BUT displaying the search results is incredibly slow (> 40s here) :

The rebuild and pages deployment didn't help, I think this is more a Documenter issue here, but I'm clueless.

I tried Documenter.jl's docs, the search works fine. Which version of Documenter.jl were you using?
