error installing julia-client [BUG]

yesterday it worked fine. From today mornng julia-client error.
I tryed to install julia and atom on another pc and the same error pops up

Its an issue related to Atom... Try downgrading to Atom 1.39, uber-juno and julia-client gonna work. If it asks for rebuild, just click rebuild.
