Unable to Install Uber Juno within Atom 1.39 and 1.58

Try installing Uber-Juno for Julia IDE within Atom with Atom 1.39 and 1.58 with a Failed error  and compiler not found erro flag.
The instruction is that i should install Visual studio and python which i have installed already on my system
