Not a bug, you did not set up KnownNetworks to access ASF from another machine.

This is because ASP.NET Core, in its new versions, has introduced a security enhancement mechanism — by default, it only trusts the forwarding headers (such as X-Forwarded-For, X-Forwarded-Proto) from explicitly configured proxies or networks. If the request comes from an address that is not registered in KnownProxies or KnownNetworks, it is considered an "Unknown proxy" and ignored.
