Everything you've showed looks like networking issues. The fact that those requests fail immediately hints at machine issues or local network stack. You can enable debug mode if you want more info about your issue.

Standard thing I'd recommend would be to reinstall latest ASF version, remove all custom plugins (if any) and try again. My ASF works fine so it's definitely not some global outage.
