Description
If Iraq releases Syria, then it should be able to claim Aleppo and integrate it with 50% compliance.
Iraq should be able to integrate Sulamaniyah with 80% compliance.
The focus "Reclaim the Vilayet of Basra" should give a core on Khasab if Iraq owns it.
Reasoning
Iraq can already keep Aleppo as a core if Egypt annexed Syria after the Levant crisis, so giving a core through annexation and compliance makes sense. Similarly, Iraq can keep Sulamaniyah as a core state if Iran had capitulated to the ottomans before Cairo pact wins the war. Khasab is a small state and Iraq can already core the rest of the Trucial states, while leaving it unable to core Khasab is strange.
