[Kavita] Reading lists available from the dashboard

Idea Description

Would be nice to have reading lists you have started available to easily continue from the dashboard.
We talked shortly about it on discord but either as a dedicated stream (I think i like this idea the best) or in some way through the filtering system so you can add it.
