GDI+ error when built on Linux

the .ico file for Builder.exe is possibly corrupted, when opening Source/Core/Resources/HVR.ico in GIMP the file is blank as if there is 0 data. When building HVR it causes GDI+ errors when trying to launch related to drawing the icon in the title bar.
Remaking the ICO file in GIMP before building fixes launching HVR on Linux.

Just letting you know, I submitted this as a merge request in the SRB2 Gitlab, linking back to this issue since you're the one who found out why this ain't working.

Thanks for the solution, in the mean-time the fork I made will be a good resource til Kart Krew can get together to make another update.
