Request for boiler heat

Dear Friends, where I find an entity from BT, for heat request?
The heat from the boiler may not always be available. I have 25 TRVs with BT instances in the house. When any BT needs heat, the boiler will fire up and provide the required heat.

BT behaves like any other climate entity in HA, so same logic applies, nothing specific to BT.

The heads themselves have a binary sensor, but I can't use it because the request has to be from BT. So BT doesn't have a binary sensor for the boiler request?

No, nobody implement it so far, that's why the feature request is still open.

You can keep using the sensor from your TRV, there's no benefit from BT having that sensor, actually the opposite. BT might be requesting heating, but the TRV could still be closed, because of hysteresis or whatever it may be. There's no point in the Boiler turning on, even if BT requested heating, as long as the TRV isn't open.
