Eve thermo + Eve thermo Control

Hello, first of all thank you for the great add on! So far it's working great, but I was just wondering what would be your recommendation for the setup Eve thermo (matter) and Eve thermo control as the external sensor.

They can be linked through Eve app (howeverm I found that often they loose the link from time to time). Is this something it's still necessary to do?

I have created better thermostat entities without doing the above, and so far is working great but one thing I notice is that the eve thermo control screen itself now only shows temperatures in intervals of 0.5, so for example 19.5 or 20, not 19.7. Also with this approach, I'm not able to increase the target temperature directly from the eve thermo control buttons.

Do let me know if I'm doing something wrong or should be doing something differently or if this is the way it works with better thermostat.
