can't find out where the Problem is located

I'll try to add another thermostate to my HA dashboard, but it looks like in the picture and i can't find out what the problem is.

i've got 4 other Fritz! Thermos that look fine:

could someone give me a tip what i've done wrong?

I also had the error, but now I have version 1.6.1 and the error no longer occurs.

Ich hatte auch den Fehler, jetzt habe ich mal die 1.6.1, da kommt der Fehler nicht
