Move predefined temperatures inside settings

Hi
I love the new features available in beta 4 version
It is now possible to define eco, home, boost etc with desired temperature
The way to adjust each temperature is clever and works fine
Nevertheless, they should be protected against unwanted future modifications
For exemple, if I set the eco mode a 16 deg, and in this mode, change the temperature, it will loose the 16 deg.
There should be either some switch in the configuration that opens/locks modifications
Or they should be in the général settings of each BT thermostat

@pbranly This will be addressed in the upcoming BT UI release. This release is a major overall update to ensure that the UI card supports the latest UI features of Home Assistant itself. I will also rework how Eco Mode is handled and set.
​It will be closer to the original HA Thermostat card and will implement the Mushroom style. There will also be a "better" small card, similar to a Mushroom-style thermostat card.

Please keep an eye on the bt ui repo :)

My preferences should be:

• the settings will be adjusted somewhere in the general settings
• when in "eco mode" for exemple with a setting of 16 deg ( for exemple) it will be possible to adjust the temperature ( force to 18 deg for exemple) but it will return to 16 deg when switching to "Eco " again

In addition, th boost mode should have a default duration (1 hour for exemple) that should be configurable in the same setting menu. After that duration, it should come back to the initial mode (but this could be tricky)
