Moving to Katenary organzation

Katenary is undergoing some development, and I'll be producing packages for various distributions, as well as an ongoing HomeBrew repository. Because of this, it's time to move this "personal" project to an "organizational" one.

Normally, since Github is so well designed, the old repository should redirect you to the new one.

However, if this is not the case or if you mentioned the old repository, please change your bookmarks to https://github.com/Katenary/katenary.

The organization's address is simply https://github.com/Katenary.

I'm changing all the addresses, from READMEs to documentation pages.
