BGA WLCSP Courtyard for high density designs #2483
Description
When looking at #2364 I saw this.
The courtyard is more than 8 times bigger than the part.
- I am questioning if that is feasible for high density designs
- Should we allow the generator to build variants with a tighter courtyard? And include those parts in the library?
- Or is that a problem the individual user has to solve?
- For most other applications 1mm is a good choice for inspection (Stuff like this https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5EPR3W2h-3k or this https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZbXNUUtGkYA)
