Battery keeps dieing when not plugged in #71
Description
Description
Our Movo does not appear to have any battery issues when it is plugged into the charging block, but after we disconnect it from the charging block (and it has full battery as indicated by the state of charge lights on the side), all the power turns off after about ~30 minutes. However, it does not appear as if the battery is draining quickly, because when we turn the power back on, it still says it has full charge. Are there any suggestions for how to fix this issue?
