Size of tubules. Atrophic tubules typically have wrinkled and thicker basement membrane. This is hard to assess algorithmically, so we should probably ignore it. And easier approach might be creating a histogram of diameters, take e.g. 80% or 90% as "normal size", and then compare the rest against this baseline.
