Point banzaicloud modules to this organization #6

To start development on this organization modules need to point here and not to the banzaicloud repo.

Both internal modules api and properties can be done with a replacement clause that points locally as

replace github.com/banzaicloud/koperator/properties => ./properties
replace github.com/banzaicloud/koperator/api => ./api

Main module github.com/banzaicloud/koperator will require first a release on this repo
