Problem Statement

JMX exporter is outdated; it got bugfixes and performance improvements in the last versions.
Notes can be seen here https://github.com/prometheus/jmx_exporter/releases

Proposed Solution

Create a new JMX java agent exporter docker image and add it to the manifest.

Additional Context

The image simply contains the jar and is copied to the kafka container from an init container
