Unable to use the program

Hello,

All I'm trying to do is make sure when a game launches (or if it's running), it automatically changes the volume of that game to 5% so 0.05, thing is i can only have the program make it work if i edit the rule and go into Actions tab and click OK, if I don't do that it doesn't work automatically
