UI scrolling is laggy when viewing the program list

When using BC Uninstaller on Windows, the main interface becomes noticeably choppy while scrolling through the list of installed programs. This is especially apparent when there are many entries in the list. The lag negatively affects usability and makes browsing slower.

In comparison, similar tools such as Revo Uninstaller and IObit Uninstaller handle large program lists much more smoothly, with no visible lag during scrolling.

The reason is all of the custom list item drawing, kind of difficult to avoid without removing features.
