Steam Dialog box

I cant uninstall Steam games using BC. When trying to uninstall Steam games the Steam dialog box comes up but there isn't the uninstall button it is just plain see screenshot. Not sure if this is a fault of BC or Steam? I had to do it manually through Steam.
