Version v4.16 not running under Windows XP

I have a VM with Windows XP running, because of the usage of old programs / games.
I want to use v4.16, but it dont work, because BCUninstaller_4.16_setup.exe is not a valid Win32 application." Portable not running, too.

Make sure .Net Framework is fully up to date.
